Continental US Shipping Speeds and Rates

We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days.

Expedited shipping does not include handling time.

All packages are shipped from our Houston warehouse.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 2-7 business days. Tracking information will be automatically emailed after shipment.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99, free for orders over $49.99.

If your order total is over $49.99, shipping will be automatically waived at checkout.*

An extra bite or two may qualify you for free shipping, and what pup doesn't love a few extra bites!

Free shipping promotion only available to customers within the contiguous US and with a physical street address. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rates for Non-Contiguous US States

For shipments outside the contiguous US, we charge the actual shipping cost. You can view shipping costs during checkout. We strive to provide the best rates within our service area. Alternatively, you can use our store locator to find the product you're looking for near you.

Large Orders

Orders over 200 pounds will incur an additional $100 fee.

Any orders requiring less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping or special shipping arrangements may incur additional charges. If your order requires additional freight services, please email Support@safemed.store or call us at 1-832-380-2863.

International Shipping

While we love our Safemed fans living outside the United States, we are currently unable to offer international shipping.
